I am a skilled and dedicated practitioner in the areas of mindset coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, hypnosis and hypnotherapy, and hold various specialized certifications.  My background in business includes over 25 years in healthcare and leadership, I am a licensed long-term care and skilled nursing facility administrator, and hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

And above all that, my greatest experience is the opportunity to witness the powerful transformation client’s create.
